We create free puzzles for the fun of it. Some are hunt-and-seek types, where you have to find a specific place where a clue has been hidden. Others include online puzzles of varying sorts. WHODUNNIT?
Use the careful process of elimination to solve a problem. This one will take time and concentration, but it gets easier with practice. Where did the chicken lay the egg? Who carved the tree? Others…
WHERE IN THE WORLD
Try to discover the true location of an obscure place within the larger landscape of Vermont. Clues are based on fragmented photographs, taken in secret locations. Hints will be given to get you closer. These often come with a prize, so it is a race to the finish. These games are great for Vermont locals and observant visitors.
EVERYDAY SUPERHEROS
Eleven items from Mrs. Deodora Entwhistle’s collection will be sold in an auction to benefit some of our everyday heroes. They must add up to precisely $10,000 to meet a matching grant. Select these items and then order them within the timeline of her life experience. Create a word using the first letter of each item.
REBUSES
Classic pictorial puzzles, these mini riddles can be satisfying to solve. Try our “algebraic rebuses” for a melding of the left and right brains. We might stretch the laws of both English and mathematics a bit but it’s all in good fun.
MAGIC PICTURES
Everything you need to complete the puzzle is right there in the image. To make it even better, there will be a second, secret surprise hidden somewhere within the shot. It is up to you to observe and decode.
