MAKE AN ELEPHANT CAKE

Everyone loves cake. Almost everyone loves elephants. That certainly is true for the diplomat from India, home to the famed Elephant Festival of Jaipur. Your employer has challenged you to create a cake in the spirit of the richly colorful elephants of the festival. This should not be a mere replica of course, but a celebration of the art and color of the festival. You will be judged on creativity and originality but not on flavor.
