Escape room games are typically played WITHOUT directions. Part of the fun is figuring out how to solve the riddles on your own. That being said, sometimes help is needed. We want to be sure to offer everyone the same help but also reward others for figuring it out solo. So help will cost your team 2 POINTS. This may be worth it in the long run as you will likely get further with it. Our help button will NOT get you the answer but it will give detailed directions and tips to help you on your way. It also provides a box in which to gripe if you are feeling frustrated. This does not get you a customized help, but a place to write in if something is truly not working for you.
